Junior Associate – Video ProductionWe believe communication can shape safer futures for children and communities. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Associate – Video Production to support the creation of impactful multilingual video content for digital and community platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, editing videos, experimenting with digital content formats, and wants to grow in the social impact and media communication space.

• What You'll DoEdit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, training, and awareness initiatives.
• Work extensively on Kannada-language video content, along with English and Hindi content when required.
• Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, music, and basic motion elements.
• Work closely with writers, producers, designers, and communication teams.
• Handle basic audio cleanup, formatting, and export requirements.
• Organize footage and maintain project files efficiently.
• Support shoots and production activities when required.
• Ensure videos are engaging, audience-friendly, and platform-appropriate.

Who We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in video editing or media production.
• Freshers with strong editing skills and creative interest are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Kannada (reading, writing, and understanding) is mandatory.
• Ability to work with multilingual content including Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound, and social media formats.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for meaningful communication and social impact work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience editing reels, YouTube videos, or campaign content.
• Basic animation or motion graphics skills.
• Experience working with subtitles and multilingual content workflows.
• Interest in child rights, education, gender, or social impact communication.
