Junior Executive Accounts

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Data Entry Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter purchase and sales invoices accurately into the accounting system.
• Maintain records of receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
• Reconcile invoices and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting-related data preparation.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
• Maintain digital and physical filing of accounting records.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts or data entry.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Busy, or similar accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Kannada is an added advantage.
