About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to handle residential home construction leads.

Your role is to interact with clients, explain our process, and drive them towards agreement stage.

This is a target-driven field role with strong learning and growth opportunity in construction sales.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales & Lead Conversion

• Call and qualify incoming leads

• Understand client requirements (budget, plot, timeline)

• Explain our construction process clearly

• Provide approximate project cost range

• Handle basic objections and price discussions

• Fix and coordinate site visits

• Follow up consistently with all leads

• Maintain daily lead tracker

• Drive clients towards agreement signing stage

• Quick response to new leads

• Consistent follow-ups

• Maintain clear communication with clients

• Coordinate internally for site visits and updates

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years experience in field sales / customer handling

• Strong communication in Kannada (basic English required)

• Comfortable with client interaction and site visits

• Target-driven and willing to learn

• Must be based in or willing to commute to North Bangalore

Good to Have

• Experience in real estate / interiors / construction sales

• Basic understanding of construction (not mandatory – will be trained)
