Job Description – Key Account Manager (Sales)


About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager – Sales to manage and grow relationships with high-value merchants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by pitching brand visibility and promotional opportunities within the CRED app ecosystem.


This role requires strong merchant engagement, sales expertise, campaign coordination, and the ability to achieve monthly revenue targets.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-value merchant accounts
  • Build strong relationships with merchants and act as a primary point of contact
  • Pitch visibility, promotional, and partnership opportunities within the CRED app
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and upselling opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and merchant support
  • Track account performance, sales pipeline, and monthly targets
  • Ensure high merchant satisfaction and long-term business retention
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively


  • Requirements
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or account management
  • Target-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Prior experience in fintech, digital advertising, or merchant partnerships is preferred
