Position: Launch Trainer

We are looking for a Launch Trainer who will be responsible for learning and executing the complete launch process of KKP, KMKP and KLP models.

The selected candidate will first receive complete training on all models, SOPs, recipes, kitchen operations and launch processes. After training, the candidate will travel to different cities and independently support new kitchen launches.

Key Responsibilities:1. Complete Model Training

• Take complete training for KKP, KMKP and KLP models.
• Learn recipes, SOPs, kitchen operations, system processes and launch requirements.
• Understand the complete kitchen launch process before travelling for launches.

2. City-to-City Travel for Kitchen Launches

• Travel to different cities for new kitchen launches.
• Typically, you may need to travel to a different city every 7–15 days, depending on the launch schedule.
• Travel tickets for kitchen launches will be booked by the company.

3. Travel & Launch Expenses

All reasonable expenses related to the official kitchen launch will be reimbursed by the company, including:

• Travel from railway/bus station to the kitchen/shop location
• Local transportation
• Bus/train travel during the launch
• Meals during official travel
• Other approved launch-related expenses

4. Stay & Food

• After reaching the kitchen location, you will stay in the staff accommodation/room provided at the location.
• You will have staff food along with the kitchen staff.

5. Staff Training

• Provide complete training to the kitchen staff according to the model being launched.
• Train staff on recipes, SOPs, food preparation, hygiene, packing and kitchen operations.
• Ensure staff are confident and ready to operate the kitchen independently after the launch.

6. Purchase & Partner Coordination

• If any purchasing or setup items are pending during the launch, coordinate with the partner and help procure the required items.
• Ensure the kitchen is properly prepared before going live.

7. Working Hours

• Regular shift will generally be 5 hours during lunch + 5 hours during dinner.
• During a kitchen launch, if required, you may need to work up to 12 hours to ensure the launch is completed successfully.

8. Weekly Off

• You will be eligible for 4 weekly offs per month.
• Weekly offs will generally be provided after the kitchen launch, one by one, depending on the launch schedule and operational requirements.
• Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR, restaurant, food production or kitchen operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Must be comfortable travelling to different cities across India.
• Must be flexible with working hours during kitchen launches.
• Should be able to train and manage kitchen staff effectively.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
• Pan India travel flexibility is mandatory for this role.
