About Party Favor Party Favor is a cloud kitchen brand redefining how food is cooked and delivered. We use the On2Cook machine — a next-generation cooking technology — to prepare consistent, high-quality meals for our customers. We're looking for hands-on team members who can master our cooking system and keep our kitchen running smoothly.

Role Overview As a Kitchen Operator, you will be trained on the On2Cook cooking machine and will be responsible for cooking marinated food, packing orders for delivery, and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the cooking station and equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is reliable, hygiene-conscious, and eager to learn new kitchen technology. Note: No prior cooking experience required.

Mandatory Skills: Should know how to operate android mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and operate the On2Cook machine confidently after the training period.
• Cook marinated food items as per standard recipes, timings, and quality benchmarks.
• Pack cooked food hygienically and hand it over to delivery partners on time.
• Clean the On2Cook machine before, during, and after shifts as per the prescribed protocol.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the cooking station, utensils, and surrounding work area.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks on the On2Cook machine and report any issues immediately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow during peak hours.
• Manage stock of marinated food, packing materials, and cleaning supplies; flag shortages on time.
