About the Role:We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Helper to join our team! As part of the Leon’s Grill QSR family, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing delicious meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning, etc.)
• Support cooks and chefs in meal preparation during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company policy
• Assist in receiving and organizing stock and kitchen supplies
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Requirements:Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a QSR or restaurant kitchen preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
