Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a skilled Laboratory Technician to perform diagnostic tests and support accurate patient diagnosis. The candidate will be responsible for sample collection, testing, reporting, and maintaining laboratory equipment while ensuring quality and hygiene standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Collect blood, urine, and other samples from patients
• Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in diagnostics
• Prepare and maintain accurate lab reports
• Handle and maintain laboratory equipment properly
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols in the lab
• Maintain records of samples, reports, and inventory
• Coordinate with doctors for test results and clarifications
• Monitor stock of lab supplies and raise purchase requests
• Follow biomedical waste disposal guidelines
• Key Skills:Knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic tests
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Qualifications:DMLT / BMLT (mandatory)
• Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology (preferred)
• Experience:1–3 years of experience in hospital/diagnostic lab
