Job Title: Laundry Operations Executive / Laundry SpecialistJob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Laundry Operations Executive to handle end-to-end laundry and garment care services. The candidate will be responsible for processing different types of garments and household items while ensuring proper cleaning methods, stain treatment, ironing, finishing, quality checks, and timely delivery.

Exprience: 0 to 5 years

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle dry cleaning, wash & fold, and steam ironing services.
• Sort garments based on fabric type, colour, washing instructions, and cleaning requirements.
• Perform stain identification and stain removal using appropriate cleaning techniques and chemicals.
• Handle delicate and premium garments with proper care to prevent damage, colour bleeding, or shrinkage.
• Manage leather and suede cleaning using suitable cleaning and conditioning methods.
• Perform shoe cleaning and care, including different types of footwear and materials.
• Process blankets, curtains, bedspreads, and other household fabrics according to their material and care instructions.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, steam irons, pressing machines, and dry-cleaning equipment.
• Conduct quality checks after cleaning, ironing, and finishing.
• Identify damaged, torn, faded, or heavily stained items and report them before processing.
• Ensure proper tagging, segregation, packaging, and order tracking.
• Follow prescribed procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laundry work area.
• Minimize garment damage, rewash, chemical wastage, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with the laundry supervisor, customer service team, and delivery team for smooth order processing.

• Good understanding of washing, drying, ironing, pressing, and dry-cleaning processes.
• Experience in stain removal and fabric treatment.
• Knowledge of handling leather, suede, shoes, curtains, and blankets is an advantage.
• Ability to operate laundry and pressing equipment.
• Good attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Ability to identify fabric-related risks before processing.
• Basic knowledge of laundry chemicals and their safe usage.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 10th / 12th pass; relevant vocational training is an advantage.
• 1–5 years of experience in laundry, dry cleaning, garment care, hotel laundry, or commercial laundry operations.
• Freshers with relevant laundry/garment-care training may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with hands-on experience in dry cleaning, washing, steam ironing, stain removal, leather & suede care, shoe cleaning, blanket cleaning, and curtain cleaning will be preferred.
