Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Lead Generator to identify potential customers and generate business opportunities for our elevator sales team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting leads from builders, architects, contractors, hospitals, hotels, commercial buildings, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits.
- Develop and maintain a database of builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and property developers.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their elevator requirements.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries and update lead status regularly.
- Maintain daily reports of leads generated and meetings fixed.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion activities.
- Monitor upcoming construction projects and identify business opportunities.
