Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) Experience in legal verification, document drafting (MOU, sale agreements, sale deeds, GPA/SPA etc).

2) Coordinating with clients, bank panel of advocates and also with client advocates.

3) Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems

4) Manage client billing by preparing, finalizing, and sending out bills, as well as resolving billing issues in cooperation with the billing attorney


Requirements and skills

1) Good command over written and spoken English, Kannada

2) Good interpersonal skills.

3) Fast learner and self-motivated with a results-driven approach

4) Detail-oriented and highly organized

5) Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel, Word etc.


Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience in Bangalore Real Estate
