Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our car loan products/services, answering queries, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects to promote our loan products and generate leads.
  • Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales targets.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in customer service.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in [ local Language] and strong active listening.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
