Sales Executive

Job Description:

The Equity Research Sales Executive is responsible for marketing and selling equity research products of Equity Prime Research, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst company  (SEBI Registration No.: INH000023490). The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation through ethical and compliant sales practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell equity research reports, subscriptions, and advisory services
• Acquire new clients and manage existing client relationships
• Explain research ideas and services clearly to investors and traders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the research and compliance teams
• Follow SEBI regulations and company compliance standards

Incentives & Compensation:

• High-performance incentive structure starting from 40%
• Incentives paid on revenue generated
• No upper cap on earnings for high performers

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Basic knowledge of stock markets and equity research
• Experience in financial sales preferred (freshers may apply)
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
