We’re Hiring – Voice Process (BPM)

Company: Tata Motors

  • Job Details: Role: Voice Process Executive (BPM)
  • Process Type: Voice

Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Week Off)

  • Quality Standard: V5
  • Salary:CTC: ₹27,000
  • In-Hand: ₹21,800

Eligibility:Graduation Mandatory

  • Minimum 1 year total experience
  • (6 months Sales + 6 months Customer Support OR 1 year relevant experience)

Languages: Hindi and English (Good communication skills required)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain quality as per V5 standards
  • Achieve performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and FCR
  • Upsell or cross-sell where required
  • Update CRM and maintain proper documentation
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines
