Job Description

  1. Manage and maintain all company vehicles in good condition
  2. Schedule regular servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  3. Assign drivers and monitor their attendance and performance
  4. Plan and coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and routes
  5. Ensure timely delivery and pickup operations
  6. Track fuel consumption and control fuel costs
  7. Maintain vehicle documents (RC, insurance, permits, PUC)
  8. Monitor vehicles using GPS tracking systems
  9. Handle vehicle breakdowns and emergency situations
  10. Ensure compliance with transport rules and safety regulations
  11. Maintain records like trip sheets, logbooks, and reports
  12. Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and internal teams
  13. Investigate accidents and implement safety measures
  14. Optimize fleet utilization and reduce operational costs
  15. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
