  • Supervising day-to-day logistics operations including transportation, dispatch, and warehousing.
  • Leading and coordinating with logistics staff to ensure smooth execution of logistics tasks.
  • Managing logistics budgets and controlling costs to optimize efficiency.
  • Implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems to streamline operations.
  • Resolving issues or discrepancies in the logistics process to maintain operational continuity.
