Job Description

WE'RE HIRING – Senior Logistics Executive


Company: Varsha Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Basavanagudi - Bengaluru


Eligibility:

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry
  • Male candidates only
  • Bengaluru-based candidates preferred


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely & acts as POC for MD, to manage meeting coordinations, scheduling, travel arrangements, follow ups & confidential admin matters.
  • Manage company email communication (MS Outlook)
  • Handle customer enquiries & complaints professionally
  • Draft and respond to emails
  • Coordinate with customers, internal departments, and fleet teams
  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems


Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
  • Kannada – Mandatory
  • Hindi – Mandatory
  • Tamil – Preferred
  • Good typing speed
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook


Salary: Negotiable based on experience & skills
