Job Description

  • Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately while ensuring safe packaging for transit.
  • Clean, finish, and perform quality inspections on all 3D printed plastic products before dispatch.
  • Assemble 3D printed parts and complete final product assembly as per standard operating procedures.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain 3D printers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
  • Prepare, remove, and post-process 3D printed parts, including support removal, cleaning, and finishing.
  • Conduct routine machine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of 3D printers.
  • Maintain production quality standards and identify defects before products move to the next stage.
  • Organize inventory of raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.
  • Keep the production area clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Follow production schedules to ensure timely order completion and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.
  • Adhere to company quality, safety, and operational procedures at all times.
