About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and customer-friendly Beauty Experts to provide personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations at customers' homes across Bangalore. In this role, you'll help customers discover the right makeup products through hands-on try-ons, offer expert recommendations, and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers' homes based on assigned appointments
- Conduct makeup and beauty product demonstrations
- Help customers try products and recommend suitable shades and products based on their skin tone and preferences
- Assist customers throughout the buying process and answer product-related questions
- Travel between customer locations within an assigned 5 km service radius
Requirements:
- Passion for beauty Advisers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable traveling to customer locations throughout the day
- Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, salons, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic smartphone skills for managing appointments and updates
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
