Role Overview

The Manager will be responsible for end-to-end field hiring, onboarding, and retention of kitchen staff. This is a highly execution-driven role requiring close coordination with store teams to ensure consistent manpower availability and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and hire kitchen staff through walk-ins, referrals, and local networks
• Ensure timely closure of open positions & Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Workforce Management: Coordinate with store managers on manpower requirements
• Monitor attendance, attrition and arrange replacements staffing gaps
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
• Support initial training to reduce early attrition
• Build strong relationships with staff
• Identify attrition reasons and act on them
• Operations Support

Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years in field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, or operations
• Experience in F&B, QSR, or cloud kitchens preferred
• Comfortable with field-based work
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹3 LPA to ₹3.6 LPA
• Petrol reimbursement for field visits
