Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field Role)
Location: Whitefield / Hopefarm, Bangalore
Office Address:
4th Floor, Arya Hub Building,
Whitefield, Bengaluru – 560060
- Compensation:Take Home (Stipend): ₹15,000 per month
- CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Incentives + Conveyance Allowance
- Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: 10th Pass and above
- Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates
- Age Limit: 19–35 years
- Language Requirement: Kannada is mandatory
- Roles & Responsibilities:Conduct field marketing activities in assigned areas
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Promote company products and services
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
- Skills Required:Good communication skills (Kannada required)
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of marketing activities
- Important Conditions (T&C):Candidates should reside within a 10 km radius of the job location
- Must be comfortable with field work
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
