Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Picking up user tickets, logging issues, and performing initial triaging.
  • Network Monitoring: Using tools (like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios) to monitor link uptime, interface utilization, and bandwidth usage.
  • Basic Troubleshooting: Resolving LAN/WAN connectivity problems, checking physical cables, and handling VPN/VLAN configurations.
  • Routine Maintenance: Performing password resets, daily hardware backups, and applying minor software or firmware updates.
