Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor network systems and respond to alerts
- Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues
- Configure and support network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) under supervision
- Assist with network installations , OS Installation and upgrades
- Document incidents, changes, and network configurations
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support
- Follow ITIL-based incident and change management processes
- Required SkillsBasic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Familiarity with routers and switches (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba – any)
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools
- Basic understanding of firewalls and security concepts
- Good communication and documentation skills
