Job DescriptionSocial Media Anchor & Creative Content CreatorPosition OverviewWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and creative Social Media Anchor & Content Creator who can represent our organisation across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing in front of the camera, presenting engaging content, developing creative concepts, conducting interviews, hosting podcasts, and creating impactful reels and videos.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAnchor and present videos, interviews, programmes, events, podcasts, and social media content.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, promotional videos, and other short-form content.
• Develop fresh and creative ideas for social media campaigns and video series.
• Write scripts, captions, hooks, questions, and content outlines for reels, podcasts, and interviews.
• Conduct interviews with guests, professionals, influencers, community leaders, and other personalities.
• Host podcasts and manage conversations in an engaging, confident, and professional manner.
• Present organisational activities, events, services, campaigns, and important messages effectively.
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, photographers, graphic designers, and the social media team.
• Participate in content planning, brainstorming, shooting, and post-production discussions.
• Follow current social media trends and adapt them creatively to suit the organisation’s brand and audience.
• Maintain a consistent and professional on-camera personality.
• Engage with followers through videos, live sessions, comments, stories, and interactive content.
• Attend events, programmes, interviews, and outdoor shoots whenever required.
• Review video content before publishing to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
• Monitor audience response and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and followers.

• Ability to speak clearly and engage different types of audiences.

• Good scriptwriting and content-development skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn new content formats, tools, and social media trends.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• Previous experience in anchoring, content creation, podcasting, journalism, acting, public speaking, or social media management is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills, creativity, and strong camera confidence may also apply.
• Knowledge of basic video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and one or more regional languages will be preferred.
