Job Description

We need a North Indian Commi 1/2 Cook who can handle the Indian Curries (Daal Makhni, Paneer Makhni, Pindi Chole, Rajma, Daal etc). 3+ years experience in North Indian curries. Skilled in gravy preparation, spices, and kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
