Job Description

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and front-desk activities.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist management with documentation, reports, and presentations.

2. Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain staff schedules and ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Support event planning, staff meetings, and training sessions.

3. Inventory & Office Maintenance

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office/clinic premises.

4. HR & Payroll Assistance (if applicable)

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and maintain HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and reimbursements.

5. Financial & Operational Support

  • Assist with petty cash handling, billing, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain records for vendor payments and invoices.
  • Support compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role (clinic/hospital experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
