Job Description

We are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and hardworking Assistant Office Administrator to support our daily office work. The person should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Call customers and follow up on sales enquiries and leads.
  • Maintain records of customer calls and follow-ups.
  • Write and send simple emails in English.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for daily office work.
  • Prepare and update reports and documents.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams for orders and dispatch.
  • Keep office records organized and up to date.
  • Perform other office administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Able to write simple and clear emails in English
  • Good spoken English and local language (Kannada, Hindi, or other regional language is an advantage)
  • Good communication and telephone etiquette
  • Honest, disciplined, punctual, and responsible
  • Able to work independently and complete tasks on time
  • Willing to learn and take ownership of work
  • Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in office administration, customer service, telecalling, or a similar role.
  • Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply
