Job Description
We are looking for an Office Assistant to manage our day-to-day customer operations. In this role, you will be the coordinating with our customer, handling crucial tasks like document verification, payment tracking, and receipt generation. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach.
- Key Responsibilities
- Customer Verification: Review and verify customer onboarding documents and KYC details for accuracy and compliance.
- Payment Reminders: Follow up with customers via phone and email regarding upcoming and overdue payments/renewals.
- Receipting & Documentation: Issue receipts for payments received, maintain accurate records, and update the internal database.
- Client Coordination: Act as a reliable point of contact for customer queries regarding their accounts or payment statuses.
- General Office Support: Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
