Job Description

Admin Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Title: Admin Executive

  1. Key Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  3. Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  4. Coordinate with staff, trainers, students, and vendors.
  5. Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documents.
  6. Prepare reports, data entries, and maintain databases.
  7. Support admission and student registration processes.
  8. Ensure office supplies are available and place orders when required.
  9. Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  10. Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  11. Follow up on payments, invoices, and basic accounts coordination.

Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of office facilities.

  • Requirements:Good communication skills (Kannada, English, and Hindi preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and customer-friendly approach.
  • Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
  • Rules & Expectations:Report to work on time and maintain regular attendance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and student information.
  • Treat students, staff, and visitors professionally.
  • Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Follow company policies and management instructions.
  • Keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Avoid misuse of company resources and office time.
  • Inform management in advance regarding leave or absence.
  • Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.
