Job Description

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — over the phone, on WhatsApp, and at the office counter — and you’ll learn how to manage daily bookings, records, and reports on the computer. We’ll teach you the LPG industry, the IOC distributor software, and our day-to-day processes step by step.

What You’ll Do (after training)


Customer-facing

• Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages for refill bookings, new connections, complaints, and KYC updates

• Verify customer documents (Aadhaar, address proof, bank details) for new connections and subsidy updates

• Issue cash memos and receipts, and explain procedures to customers politely

Computer & data work

• Enter daily bookings, deliveries, and refill records into the IOC distributor portal and our internal system

• Maintain daily sales, stock, and cash registers in MS Excel

• Print and file invoices, daily reports, and customer paperwork

• Send WhatsApp/email updates to customers and the management team

Coordination

• Coordinate with delivery staff on the day’s delivery list

• Keep the front office tidy and organized

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates (any stream) — final-year students who can join full-time are also welcome

• Comfortable using a computer and smartphone — typing, basic MS Excel/Word, email, and WhatsApp

• Fluent in Kannada and Hindi; basic English (read, write, speak)

• Polite, patient, and respectful — especially with elderly and first-time customers

• Sincere, punctual, and willing to learn on the job


No prior experience required. We will train you on:

• The IOC eOMC distributor portal and our internal billing system

• LPG connection, refill, and KYC procedures

• Daily reconciliation, cash handling, and reporting

• Customer handling and complaint resolution
