Operation Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to support franchise expansion and outlet setup activities across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities✅ Coordinate with landlords, brokers, property owners, and franchise partners

✅ Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers

✅ Coordinate outlet setup, branding, and launch activities

✅ Support recruitment and onboarding of outlet staff

✅ Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks

✅ Ensure outlet readiness before launch

✅ Maintain project reports, photographs, documentation, and records

✅ Coordinate with management, franchisees, and external stakeholders

✅ Track procurement, installation, and operational setup activities

✅ Support day-to-day operational coordination across multiple projects

Requirements

✅ Strong coordination and communication skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders

✅ Good follow-up and organizational skills

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting

✅ Prior operations, project coordination, retail, franchise, or administration experience is an advantage
