About the role.
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Admin cum Shipping Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end shipping process, ensuring that our luxury watches are delivered to our customers in pristine condition and in a timely manner. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the shipping and logistics of luxury watches to domestic and international clients.
- Ensure all shipments are prepared accurately and securely, adhering to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain detailed records of shipping activities like bills of entry, shipping bills, manifests, airway bills, and Eway bills.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify the condition and accuracy of outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to provide shipping updates and address any customer inquiries related to shipping.
Preferred skills/experience:
- Any bachelor’s degree
- Computer proficiency – use of spreadsheets, and emails
- At least 1 year experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or office administration
- English (written and spoken), Kannada (spoken), Hindi (spoken) proficiency
