Job Description
e are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, sales performance, customer service, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily branch operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Achieve branch sales and business targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff.
- Monitor customer service and resolve escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash management and operational reports.
- Develop strategies to increase branch business growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Supervise loan processing, collections, and documentation.
- Coordinate with senior management for branch performance updates.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2–5 years of experience in banking, finance, NBFC, retail, or branch operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
- Ability to handle targets and operational responsibilities.
