Job Description
Operations Associate — RiverlineAt Riverline, we’re building an AI-first system to help lenders recover payments through better communication. We’re looking for an Operations Associate to ensure everything runs smoothly every day.
- What You’ll DoManage daily campaigns across WhatsApp, Calls, SMS, Email, RCS, IVR
- Ensure campaigns are sent on time and working correctly
- Manually trigger campaigns if automation fails
- Track customer responses, payment commitments, and actual repayments
- Generate and share daily reports with clients
- Work closely with the calling team to remove workflow issues
