Job Description
Odyssey Caterings is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to be the bridge between our clients and our culinary team.
If you’re a go-getter, problem-solver, and love being on ground where the action is, this role is for you.
- 🔹 Role & ResponsibilitiesAct as the link between clients and chefs to ensure smooth communication & flawless execution
- Prepare checklists & event requirements in detail
- Oversee inventory management and ensure timely availability of supplies
- Conduct site visits to venues, plan layouts & coordinate logistics
- Take client instructions and implement them with precision on ground
- Troubleshoot & solve problems proactively during events
- Ensure events run seamlessly, reflecting the Odyssey standard of excellence
- 🔹 RequirementsGraduate with 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality / catering operations (freshers with strong drive may also apply)
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per event schedules
