About Earthen Story: Earthen Story is a fast-growing brand in the organic grocery and natural foods space, with presence across major ecommerce and quick commerce platforms in India. We focus on clean-label, high-quality products and are building a strong operational backbone to scale efficiently across production, fulfillment, and online marketplaces.

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly responsible and execution-focused Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, production coordination, quality control, inventory flow, dispatch planning, and operational processes across the company.

This is an on-site role requiring strong ownership, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced startup environment. The candidate will also play an active role in production management, QC processes, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments
• Handle production planning, execution, and supervision (Production Manager responsibilities)
• Oversee quality control (QC) processes during production, packaging, and dispatch
• Ensure product quality, batch traceability, labeling accuracy, and basic compliance processes are followed
• Coordinate with packaging vendors, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners
• Monitor inventory levels, production timelines, and dispatch schedules
• Ensure operational efficiency across ecommerce and quick commerce channels
• Coordinate order fulfillment for platforms like Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy, etc.
• Maintain operational records, reports, batch details, and documentation
• Solve operational bottlenecks and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Work closely with founders on process improvement and scaling operations
• Ensure proper quality checks, labeling coordination, and batch management during production and dispatch
• Manage and supervise on-ground staff when required

• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving responsibilities
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Strong Excel knowledge is mandatory
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic operational tools
• PreferencesShould know both English and Hindi
• Experience in production management is preferred
• Basic understanding of QC / food quality processes preferred
• Ecommerce operations experience is a plus
• Food industry experience is a plus
• Experience in inventory, dispatch, or warehouse operations is preferred
