Job Description
📦 Picker & Packer — Job Role Overview🧑🌾 Role PurposeA Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and preparing them for shipment so orders are delivered correctly, on time, and in good condition.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities✅ Order PickingReceive daily picking lists or digital instructions.
- Navigate the warehouse to locate items accurately.
- Select the right products in the right quantity.
- Scan items (if applicable) to confirm correct picking.
- 📤 Packing & PreparationPack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Label and organize items in adherence to packing standards.
- Consolidate multiple orders properly.
- Ensure fragile, heavy, or special temperature items are packed accordingly.
