Job Title: Oracle FLEXCUBE Developer (REST API Integration)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Developer with strong expertise in REST API integration to support enterprise-level core banking system enhancements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and securely integrating APIs with the FLEXCUBE environment while ensuring compliance with industry-grade security, performance, and data standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement RESTful APIs for integration with Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Customize and extend FLEXCUBE modules as per business and integration requirements.
• Ensure secure API communication using industry best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, architects, and QA teams.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation between external systems and FLEXCUBE.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing integrations and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal development standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and integration guides.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (preferably UBS or core modules).
• Hands-on experience in REST API development and integration.
• Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., Oracle SOA, OIC, or similar).
• Understanding of API security standards (OAuth2, JWT, API gateways).
• Familiarity with web services (REST/JSON, SOAP/XML).
• Strong knowledge of banking domain workflows and transaction processing.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working on core banking integrations or financial systems.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and scalability practices.
