We are hiring for Order Processing Executive for Leading Building material company for Bangalore Location


Qualification- Any Graduation

Location- Bangalore

Experience- 3 years with SAP knowledge

Job Description: OPT (Order Processing Team) 

  

- Knowledge of SAP system for Invoicing, PO, STO generation & other functions related to Warehousing. 

- Liaise with sales team, customers and suppliers for smooth operations. 

- Liaise with transporters for best rate quotes & making vehicles available on time for seamless WH operation.  

- Good knowledge of MS Excel to generate reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 

- Maintain the report and details of warehouse damage material, branding material, FOC material and non-saleable material stock. 

- Process of insurance claim for damage material and follow up for timely submission of documents and completion of the process. 

- Knowledge of Inventory cycle count.
