Sales and Marketing Executive

We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Marketing Executive in our organization.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential farm land buyers through various channels such as networking, cold calling, field visits, and market research. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, investors, land developers, and other stakeholders in the agricultural sector. The candidate will directly approach potential customers in the field, generate leads through on-ground activities, and conduct regular site visits with clients to showcase properties and explain their features in detail. Responsibilities also include evaluating farm land based on factors such as soil quality, water availability, location, and regulatory conditions, as well as creating effective marketing materials and coordinating property showings and farm tours. The executive will negotiate sales terms, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, and stay updated on market trends and industry developments. Additionally, the role requires attending industry events, maintaining accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools, and consistently working towards achieving sales targets through proactive field engagement and customer interaction.
