Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Panel Design Engineer to design, develop, and optimize electrical control panels including VFD panels, PLC panels, MCC, PCC, and custom automation panels. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting manufacturing and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design electrical panels such as VFD panels, PLC panels, MCC, PCC, APFC panels, and special-purpose panels
- Prepare GA drawings, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and BOM
- Select components like VFDs, PLCs, relays, breakers, contactors, and busbars
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and project teams
- Provide technical support during panel manufacturing and testing
- Handle customer approvals and drawing submissions
- Optimize designs for cost, performance, and space efficiency
- Support site commissioning and troubleshooting (if required)
