Bamby’s Café is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Chef to join our growing team. We welcome fresh graduates from pastry schools and freshers who are eager to learn, work hard, and build their careers in the pastry industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, cakes, cookies, pastries, and breads.
• Follow recipes while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Assist with daily mise en place and production planning.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor ingredient quality and help manage inventory.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced café environment.
• Contribute creative ideas for new desserts and seasonal menu items.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from a recognized pastry or culinary institute are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and pastry production.
• Genuine passion for baking and desserts.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the café.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
