Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Voice Process (Inbound) with PhonePe. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
Provide accurate information about services and processes
Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and call protocols
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Languages: Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Work Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift: Rotational (Day Shift)
Week Off: 1 rotational off
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: CTC Up to ₹23,000 per month
