Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions for individuals and small groups.
• Assess client fitness levels and customize workouts based on goals and limitations.
• Ensure proper alignment, posture, breathing, and movement mechanics during sessions.
• Provide exercise modifications for beginners, seniors, and clients with special needs.
• Track client progress and offer regular feedback.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming studio environment.
• Ensure Pilates equipment is clean, functional, and well-maintained.
• Support client retention through excellent coaching and relationship-building.

Requirements

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer certification preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of Pilates teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles.
• Experience conducting both private and group Pilates sessions.
• Excellent communication, cueing, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and client-focused attitude.
• Additional certifications in Physiotherapy, Yoga, Fitness Training, or STOTT/Balanced Body Pilates will be an advantage.

• Reformer Pilates expertise.
