Pre- Sales Executives

Role Overview

The Presales Executive is responsible for handling initial customer interactions, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by ensuring a smooth transition of prospects into site visits and bookings. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries

•

Respond to leads generated through digital campaigns, portals, and walk-ins

•

Qualify prospects based on budget, location preference, and requirements

•

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

•

Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems

•

Follow up with potential customers to nurture interest

•

Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and offers

•

Ensure excellent customer experience during initial interactions

Required Skills

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•

Basic knowledge of real estate sales process

•

Good convincing and negotiation abilities

•

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

•

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

•

Fluency in local language + English (preferred)

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

•

Prior experience in telesales, customer support is an advantage.
