Job Description
Position: Sales & Pre-Sales Marketing Executive
Industry: Fire & Safety Systems / AMC Services
Location: Yelahanka, Thirumenhalli, Near Bhartiya City Mall
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Company
We are a growing company specializing in Fire & Safety Systems, including supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and AMC services for all types of fire protection systems and safety products.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, field visits, and online portals such as GeM and KPPP.
- Meet clients and understand their fire & safety requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients for repeat business and AMC contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Pre-Sales & Marketing ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and provide technical/product information.
- Prepare pre-sales documents, presentations, and bid submissions.
- Support tender participation and portal registrations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate marketing activities and promote company services/products.
- Maintain customer database and sales reports.
- Assist in digital marketing, email campaigns, and client communication.
- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Fire & Safety Systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to prepare quotations and handle customer follow-ups.
- Experience with GeM, KPPP, or tender portals will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- QualificationAny Graduate / Diploma / MBA Marketing preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
