Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Sales Executives to join our team.
The role involves handling customer inquiries, generating leads, coordinating
site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiriess
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential customers
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and site visits
- Support the sales team in closing bookings
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Provide accurate information about projects and services
Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th Pass or Degree (Backlogs acceptable)
Experience: Freshers or 6 months to 1 year
experience in sales/pre-sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is an added advantage
Salary & Incentives
Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
Additional Incentives:
- Incentives on successful site visits
- Incentives on confirmed bookings
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Every Tuesday
Terms & Conditions
The candidate must sign a 6-month mandatory employment agreement
In case of resignation, 1-month prior notice is compulsory
Failure to comply with notice period may
lead to company action as per policy
