Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify leads from various marketing sources.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer data in CRM software.
Coordinate with sales managers and marketing teams for lead updates.
Build positive relationships with customers and address basic queries.
Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.
Ensure proper customer engagement and timely response.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
