Job Description

The Credit Repair and Loan Process Executive is responsible for assisting clients in improving their credit profiles and guiding them through the loan application process. The role involves reviewing credit reports, identifying errors, recommending corrective actions, and coordinating with lenders to ensure smooth loan approvals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on pending applications and update clients on their status.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets related to credit repair cases and loan conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality of client data
  • Collaborate with lending partners and ensure timely submission of loan files.
