Job Description

Flink Solutions is a Bengaluru based Talent Screening Services company that caters to corporates in India. We offer a comprehensive suite of service elements such as Background Verification, Interview as a Service(IAAS), Skill Assessments, Psychometric Assessments and Leadership Capability Assessments. 

Responsibilities:

 Creation of candidate profiles in the software application 

 Hold telephonic conversations with the candidates and explain them the procedure involved in the submission of documents needed for the BGV process

 Email and telephonic co-ordination with companies

 Maintain daily tracker of the activities performed

 Generate and submit various MIS reports
